° Professional Training middle / intermediate / advanced;

° Technical Training middle / intermediate / advanced;
° Knowledge at basic / medium / advanced a native language;
° Knowledge at basic / medium / advanced of a foreign language;
° Optimal computer skills;
° Professional experience in the country of origin for at least 1-2 years (Juniors) and at least 4-5 years (Senior);
° Work and academic experience  (inside or outside);

° Experience in projects and areas relating to International Cooperation for Development.
