There are two priority basis in which is based International Cooperation for Development.....



The first is the need to ensure the solidarity of all the inhabitants of the planet and the protection of life and human dignity;

The second looks at the International Cooperation method for establishing, improving and strengthening global economic interdependence, through the expansion of markets and improving the movement of factors of production, ensure economic growth of all people.
